EaDo Nutrition Challenge 2022

START: JANUARY 10TH 2022
END: MARCH 12TH 2022

We have 2 tracks for our Nutrition Challenge:
1) Weight Loss
2) Performance

Weight Loss:
Choose this option if your main goal is to lose weight and get on the right track to be healthy and fit for 2022.

Performance:
Choose this track if your main goal is to perform well in your WODs, competitions and most importantly The CrossFit Open which will start in the last 1/3 of the Challenge and take you through to the end. Your macros will be set to help you feel energized, strong and keep your endurance up to complete workouts to your best.

*Please note that even though these are 2 different goals, some aspects may inter-lap.

Weigh Ins and check ins for meal plans will be completed the week of Monday, January 3rd- Saturday, January 8th.

Nutrition Challenge includes an InBody Scan for Before/ After as well as Before/ After pictures.

Our certified Nutrition Coach will track your food logs and plans individually via MyFitnessPal, please download ahead of your weigh in.

We will have group chats also for each track to help accountability and group community.
